Job Description

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Description:

Candidates will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and investment structures. As a result of the breadth of the experience, candidates will develop a unique understanding of companies, capital structures, and credit markets.

Responsibilities:

•    Analyzing investment guidelines and interpret them to build logic-based rules to implement into automated investment compliance system for monitoring.
•    Deliver daily/monthly/quarterly compliance reports to PM team for the new violations across all investment policies.
•    Support onshore team by assisting them in post trade compliance monitoring activities across all the investment strategies.
•    Assist in identifying the data governance and data reconciliation issues.
•    Must be good with people management skills, must have on papers experience


Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree with a preference to advanced degree or progression towards CFA/FRM/CAIA
•    4-6 years of relevant experience in investment compliance monitoring with an exposure towards rule coding. 
•    Knowledge of guideline monitoring or coding in compliance systems e.g., Charles River, Bloomberg, LZ Sentinel, Aladdin or Clearwater Analytics would be an added advantage.
•    Good to have experience in querying database and analyzing large data sets

Service Desk Analyst

ABILITIES:

Knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery (procedure concerning to incidents, problems and administration of changes

Troubleshooting skills and experience in solving LU, reset PWD and transmitting messages

Troubleshooting skills and applications shrink-wrapped (MS office, Adobe etc.)

Capacity of synthesis

Preferably knowledge of MAC devices

Troubleshooting skills for VPN connectivity, dial-out, wireless routers

Register with knowledge of active addresses, controllers etc.

Exposure of instruments of password resetting

Previous experience in technical support shall be preferred.

Previous experience in IT support in Corporate environment and/or other functions of great sensitivity referring to clients

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Offering the technical support by phone or email making the proof of professionalism in the relationship with clients.

TASKS, ATTRIBUTIONS, ACTIVITIES:

-Management of tickets (working orders) according to the performance indicators and SLA (Service -Level Agreement) established at a process level: Responsible for the creation of work tickets/allocation /division on categories/ prioritization/monitoring/escalation/conclusion and obtaining of the feedback.

-Managing phone calls received from the customer by the application of the rules and specific provisions communicated to process level

-Solving the problems of a technical nature and following steps/stages for dealing with specific incidents reported at the level of process; compliance with all parameters and in compliance with the specifications communicated

-Preparing MIS incident in accordance with the requirements

-Redistributing tickets which have not been resolved (where applicable)

-Routing/ tracking tickets allocated in the system or with other PRG

Roles & Responsibilities͏:͏͏͏

Answer inbound calls from the resident service line to assist in answering questions about resident lockout, email change, late fee processing, card dispute, charge reversal and general concerns / issues
Enter and ensure accurate information is input into resident collection system (i.e. phone number, email, proper spelling of resident names).
Diffuse and calm residents that may have isolated incidents that need immediate attention to provide the highest quality of customer service.
Process renewals when received. Enter all relevant data into Yardi; record any concession amounts if applicable due to a renewal promotion, record daily log for tracking of Tenant Ledger Adjustments (“TLAs”) as they pertain to rent adjustments, credits, and concessions
