Quality Assurance (Software Testing) Role in Navi Mumbai

Hexaware is excited to announce a new opening for fresh graduates (2025 batch) as a Quality Assurance (Software Testing) associate in its Mahape, Navi Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days/week) that begins as a 6-month internship and leads to a permanent position. The internship stipend is ₹15,000 per month, and on successful completion of training you’ll receive a CTC of ₹4,00,000 per annum. There is a 3-year service agreement (bond of ₹2 Lakh) to ensure mutual commitment.

Key details for this opportunity include:

  • Eligibility: You should be a 2025 graduate with a B.E/B.Tech or MCA degree in CSE, IT, ISE, AI/ML, Data Science, ECE, EEE, or Telecom. (Note: M.E/M.Tech graduates and other branches like Mechanical/Civil are not eligible.) You must have no active backlogs, a maximum 1-year education gap, and a minimum 60% (6.0 CGPA) in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
  • Location: The work location is Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Hexaware’s Millennium Business Park campus). This role is strictly office-based – no work-from-home during the internship.
  • Internship & Compensation: During the 6-month internship you will earn ₹15,000 per month. After completing your training, your annual CTC will be ₹4,00,000.
